I found a circulated 1969 p dime that appears to be a rdv-02. I would welcome any feedback, I'm a newbie to collecting. Also any info on populations would be appreciated!

I'm assuming with the condition and low interest in the variety, it's not worth sending in for verification and encapsulation?

No I would say sell it as is as it looks like it has been cleaned. Do an eBay auction at a .99 starting bid to see how you would do.

Good feedback thank you! It hasn't been cleaned, it's out of a tip jar that has been in the garage for 20 years. It's pretty beat up...
