in PCGS Set Registry Forum
when buying Proof PCGS graded Quarters should I get them with the FLAG or without, or does it really
matter.

    That's a decoration issue.
    I prefer without to be uniform with the others sets that I have.

    i agree w/ed....

    i wont buy em, id have half flag half no flag and Im not reslabbing either...just another way to get more money under the rock he craweled outta.
