Venezuelan baseball

Can someone help identifying this card?

I believe it’s Venezuelan from the 1950’s

Wish I could help, but cool card!

Sounds like maybe you already have a little information about the card. What do you know so far? For instance, what makes you think it's Venezuelan, and not Cuban or from another Latin American country?

I was told it’s Venezuelan and it was used to teach children how to play baseball, and these may be rules on the back of the card. Looking for confirmation and the year of the card.
