Can Anyone Explain the "Collectors Corner" To Me

So I see the Collectors Corner down in the quick links and I see that there's a ton of stuff under coins. I guess that is the CCE?!? I see very few cards and nothing seems to change. I know when I've linked from one of my registry sets to it, the card it shows available was sold like 3 years ago. Is this only for PSA authorized dealers to use and if so, can anyone say why it is not utilized? Seem like it COULD be a valuable asset if it was opened up to all PSA members and not just to authorized dealers.

Think of it like a time out for baseball cards. But not for 5 min more like 5 years
There are other avenues to sell cards besides C.C. At one time
I believe 707 Sportscards had several hundred pre war cards
listed. I emailed them about two years ago and asked why they
didn't list cards anymore, still waiting for a response.
