eBay Listing Scam Alert on a 1993 SP Derek Jeter PSA 9

It appears someone is using a cell phone image from a computer screen (out of all ways) to pawn off an item as their own. This new seller has (0) feedback and its so obvious that something is off. I don't understand how so many people can bid on an item without questioning the obvious. With two minutes of research, you can clearly see that someone else already has the real card posted and up for auction.

I've notified eBay twice of this listing and yet they haven't responded to me or taken down the listing in question.
