eBay Listing Scam Alert on a 1993 SP Derek Jeter PSA 9

It appears someone is using a cell phone image from a computer screen (out of all ways) to pawn off an item as their own. This new seller has (0) feedback and its so obvious that something is off. I don't understand how so many people can bid on an item without questioning the obvious. With two minutes of research, you can clearly see that someone else already has the real card posted and up for auction.
I've notified eBay twice of this listing and yet they haven't responded to me or taken down the listing in question.

Why does the real listing have a PSA front and BGS back? lol
That error probably cost them a few hundred dollars but at least we know that Dave & Adams is legit.
I also sent them a message with the item number of the imposter seller so they can also take that up with eBay.
I'm just amazed at how some (not so) smart folks can place a bid with someone who is selling a high dollar item using a cell phone picture of a computer screenshot from a seller with zero feedback.

I notified Dave and Adams as well. I hope eBay removes it. Hate to see anyone get scammed on eBay.

love how it was cropped and poorly coined LOL does he really think someone would fall for that? and shame on Dave & Adams listing showing a PSA front and BGS back view. thats just shoddy business and laziness. especially on a $5000 card.

Yup. I've notified eBay twice and they still haven't taken it down. Even providing item the listing ID for original and still nothing. Amazing, Someone is about to get screwed over just in time for Christmas.

He now has a positive feedback of 5, but when you look at it, all five positives are from two different buyers with a total of, you guessed it, five positive feedbacks. My first clue was the nature of all five positives, very odd. So, it appears to me he is buying his own cards with two other accounts to pad his positives.

When you buy one or however many you buy send me a number from 1-500 and thats the autographed picture you will recieve!! So if you buy 3 send me three numbers from 1-500 and so forth. You could end up with ???
