What happened here?
PCGS Coin submitted to CAC, does not get a Green Bean. Cracked out and gets a PCGS upgrade of "+." Resubmitted to CAC and receives Green Bean.

    I am a lurker in this thread. I really don't understand the "CAC" process and hope to be enlightened!
