I don't really know much about notes. These images are in greyscale. The notes are very crisp. Thoughts anyone?

1977? IF so then the $100 might be worth getting in plastic. If the $100 would grade high (like 66) it would definitely be worth it. A graded 66 just sold on ebay for $306.25. Spend the rest.

Blumenthal was Treasury Secretary under Carter and Regan was Treasury Secretary under Reagan. In the modern circulating coin and paper money scheme of things, this was like just yesterday.
