I don't believe Mexico released "official" mint or proof sets in 1965, but this set appears to be of the era and is in exceptional condition.

Nice fiery orange, pink, and yellow tone on the copper pieces. The Peso is one of the prettiest uncirculated examples I've ever seen (and the key to the series).
