Do you think the off center will be recognized as within tolerance?
I don't think that the offset is enough to make it too special. I'd treat it like a keeper, though. I'm recovering from spinal surgery, so I haven't been on much concerning Canuck coinage.

I think the off center is due to image cropping not strike.
It's a common coin worth melt in that condition.

never had spinal surgery, but had OH surgery 5 years ago.
never knew I was sick or had an issue until one midnight in mid August I woke up ice cold and shivering.
It changed my life and was under the knife within a few days.
