Kingdom of Romania 2 Lei 1914

Hi guys,

So there is this interesting coin,
a romanian 2 lei. Seller claims that it's unc, but I have my doubts.
Especially the way the ribbon looks (the one dangling from the girl's hand). As he asks a very moderate
price for this kind of coin, I would like to ask you for your opinions.

    Looks unc but why not buy one that is slabbed unc?

    I am from Poland and domestic market for world coins (pre 1945) in unc condition is... well, quite small.

    Moreover graded pieces are not so common, and a collector is down to his own ability in assessing coin's condition.

    Sure I can find something on ma-shops, but products there encapsulated by ngc or pcgs are overpriced (at least in my opinion.)

    The coin has a nice look to it but I'd be worried that, in hand, the obverse would show an old cleaning and the mark behind the portrait would distract.

    AU by wear but the mark in the field behind the head concerns me.
