This looks like machine doubling because of the shelf like appearance except, I don't see it on all devices.
Is this an DD0-002? Thanks in advance...

PCGS has no known examples of a 1969-S DDO proof.

Check the date for the spread and diagnostic marker on the reverse.
Those are business strikes not proof issues

Yet... But seriously, you can see my concern. Typically, or least I thought that whenever you see machine doubling you also see it on Lincolns profile. But I guess machine doubling can also be inconsistent.

Yes, I saw that listing earlier hence coming here for answers. The DDR has very subtle indications but definitely looks true vs. mine which looks like machine doubling but, mine has just enough shelf and in the right places to throw me off. I may submit it if I can't get away from it. Worse case scenario I will have 69 S PR62
