Gurus needed! Who can tell me what this Football cut-out is from??

So I have this cardboard cutout that is about 4 x 8 inches. The cardboard is all still intact but feels brittle where the fold is. I don't know if it is a display for football cards or what. Any ideas?? Reminds me of the 1949 Leaf football design.
