Does anybody know if there will be a 2019 Topps Mini? I can't find anything about it.

Already got released. Sold out within hours. I believe the packs ship first week of December.

I couldn't find anything on topps.com about it. Do they come in complete sets or only packs? I guess I need to be looking on Ebay.
