1985 Topps WWF Rack Pack question for the unopened experts

There is an auction on EBAY where for the first time I am seeing the stickers in the first cell of the rack pack instead of the center cell of the 1985 Topps WWF.

From the photo I can't see that anything looks off on the rack packs and wonder if this was common for Topps products to have a few that were maybe put in the wrong cell.

This Topps set does pretty well in unopened form and so it does come to mind that someone might make some fake packs.

Were there multiple sheet codes, even * v. ** in this set? I don't see anything obvious that would indicate these are fakes and being in the middle of the rack would suspect this is likely just an aberration in packaging (not uncommon for Topps in this era).

bbce wrapped and sticker in the middle....the rack itself seems legit....those racks for some reason have a perforated type plastic on the edges...almost like a rough cut. 1985 baseball/football dont have that rough cut. i wonder if they used a dedicated machine for wwf packaging.

As far as I know, this was the last time Topps used the cardboard header for a rack pack. They did some baseball racks with the cardboard header in 1982 and 1983, but not after. So if nothing else, these are cool because they are the last time Topps used this particular type of packaging.

Prices for everything seem to be going up. I paid $450 for the box I ripped in 2018.

That is what I thought. Mine came in a white box and I use it for storing cards.

The Hogan card has gotten very hot. This blue copy went for $225 in a PSA 9 and the yellow copy was part of a combo deal with a Savage 9 that went for $350.

Unopened and rack packs are going up from this set.
