Submission tracking through registry

Maybe this has already been addressed, but why is it that I can go to my orders (submissions) through the registry, but I can't access the same information as if I go there through my account? Orders that haven't shipped just show up as "OK" with no details other than "In Process" together with a "no orders found" message where the submission details should be.
