What are the rare Franklin Mint Caribbean / Oceania mint & proof sets?

I've bumped into a bunch of this type of material recently, but a short list eludes me and I'm hesitant to walk away with armfuls of dreck.

What are the 3 or 4 (or 5 or 8) of the rare sets I should be on the lookout for?

    Just spotted this:

I don't know anything about the medals, and though there may be collectors, I only see bullion value to them.

    Proof sets:

    The best proof sets would be;

    Barbados 1984
Belize 1984, both the all sterling and the non-silver sets
    Jamaica 1984
    Panama 1984
    Papua New Guinea 1984
    Solomon Islands 1983
Trinidad and Tobago 1983 & 1984, both the all sterling and the non-silver sets (although the $10 is sterling in this set)

    Best specimen/mint sets:

Barbados 1983, ?1984 (if it exists)
    Belize 1983, 1984
    Jamaica 1984
    Malta 1982 - I know, not Caribbean
    Panama 1976, 1977
Trinidad 1983, ?1984 (if it exists)

I don't know about Malaysia, Fiji and Cook Islands, Philippines which the FM struck sets for - some are scarce but I don't believe them to be at the level of the above.

PM me with specifics if you like. I am a collector of these for many years. There are some other "better" years, but these are the best - anything from the '70s, unless of the 1975-1977 matte uncirculated (now called proof on occasion by PCGS and NGC) is good, but not released as sets. Gold is another area where there is some interest, but you didn't ask that so ask if you are interested.
A couple of sets are only rumored to exist, but I have not seen them.

I meant to say anything from 70s other than the mattes are probably silver value only.
I say this because there are occasional "sport" issues from the FM - though possibly not as many as from the US Mint.
