Walmart clearance packs

Stopped by Walmart to pick up some 2019 topps update. Wasn’t expecting these on the clearance rack.

Awesome pickups! When I was there last weekend, the wife had me scanning stuff and a kid was looking at the clearance stuff behind me. I hadn't got a chance to get to it yet. I asked if he found anything good and he showed me there were a couple hanger packs of 2012 Bowman Chrome hanger packs! Wished I would have seen them first but was actually glad that it was a kid that got them. Never know what you might find!!

After reading that I doubled back just to see if there was anything else I might have missed. No 2012 Chrome, but did find 5 packs of 2018 topps gallery.

Didn’t pull anything too crazy. Got me an Acuna in the Gallery pack. As a Braves fan I can’t be upset. Snagged a few Sotos as well.

I am a HUGE fan of Albies. Love the wood grain Gallery card. Wasn't familiar with it...will have to look for one. Nice hits.

I've always been a fan of Gallery and these don't disappoint other than "Serious Soto". The kid is constantly having fun, smiling, joking around and that card doesn't capture it.

I too was fortunate recently at the Walmart clearance bin. 6 2018 Topps update baseball packs.

Rare for me to say, but I would keep any 2018 update sealed. All of the major platinums and parallels have been yanked already. However with the rookie class, this product will be in demand indefinitely even if the big 4 end up tanking.

I thought about it for about half a second, and the thought that an Acuna was sitting in there was too much for me.
