Need help on an early 80's Soccer Sticker of Maradona

Need your help if anyone is familiar with this sticker. I would think it's around 1982 or so as that's when I was there but I had a collection of Calciatorri stickers from Italy but this appears to be from France? Any experts out there that can identify this one and if there's any potential value?
