How common are the 1799 Irregular date bust dollars?

Curious first time I've seen this mentioned but how common are the irregular date bust dollars like below??

    That one on eBay is NOT an Irregular date!

    Here is a true Irregular date:

    Compare the date on the one above, with the date of the one on eBay:

    Irregular date dollars are somewhat scarce but certainly not rare.

    And BTW, I grade the one on eBay as XF details with dull surfaces, and NOT even close to a $9,500 price.

    Your example of the true Irregular Date is quite beautiful.
    I do think it is a scarce variety.

    I do not have that one anymore, but I believe it is the finest known of the die variety. It has superb luster and an excellent strike!
