This die marriage is a little bluntly struck. I'd call it a 53 if a better view revealed no problems.

I'll try to take better pics tonight. My white balance is off. The seller called it XF. Picked it up for $75!

Nice coin, a little better than an xf45.

I think 53. Are the missing letters in the scroll just due to strike weakness? Is BIN “buy it now”? Is this an eBay purchase?

    55

Yes BIN is buy it now. Good question about the strike. I would like to know the answer as well from the bust half collectors?

This is a small letters CBH, die marriage O.113a. It always is weak in the troublesome areas...at the bust, above the eyebrow, the lower curls, the scroll under TAT, etc. You'll usually see weakness at the upper shield bars and right-facing talons, as well. Below are two examples with the same traits: a PCGS AU55 (was ICG 58) and a PCGS MS63.

The die marriage has some easy identification areas. A small die chip where the neck meets the chin and the crudely engraved, connected arrowheads.

OP's example is a late die state, missing dentils and having letters and stars drawn to the edge. It has low AU details but not much more can be said based on the photos.

Here's some more images of her. I'm thinking AU53 on her as well.

Thanks for the excellent information and comparison pics Lance. Yes she does have the small die chip on the neck.
