I found out today the supplier of these coins has been accepting opened boxes of coins from someone ( allegedly) and giving that someone the rolls with the good coins. I got 4 boxes today and the banker said that they came from their supplier had sent them to them as unopened boxes. That explains why someone had 80 + rolls of Lowell coins.
In going back through the discarded quarters I found 5 more excellent examples that I missed before so first come first served.
