Set registry mobile web page links in chinese

I just tried logging into my set registry and all of the clickable buttons are in Chinese. It is only the buttons everything else is in english and it is only my set registry site that is doing it. All of my internet settings and location settings are set properly, I checked. What is going on?

This is was corrected earlier this week.
