Ancient Greek Coin Questions

Hello,

I'm a US coin collector and don't know much about ancient coins at all. I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of coin this is? Thanks for all your help!

    Marcus Aurelius, AE of Pergamon, Mysia. AD 161-180.
    Celebrating the inauguration of the Madradag aqueduct. AYT KAI M AYΡHΛI ANTΩNEINOC, laureate, draped, cuirassed bust right / EΠI CTΡ T KΛ AΡICTEOY (or KAΛΛICTEOY) above, CEΛEINOYC KHTEIOC ΠEΡΓAMENΩN below, B NEOKOΡΩN on the base of the statue of Asklepios standing, holding branch and serpent-entwined staff; to left and right river-gods reclining: Selinus, bearded, facing right, Keteios, beardless, facing left, each holding branch and cornucopiae and each resting arm on overturned urn.
