Is it possible to change your user name and have your old profile history transfer to your new name?

Is it possible for a long-time existing member to change their user name, and then have their old profile history automatically transfer to their new user name?

    I do not believe that that is an option.

    Now why would you want to change your name? Running from the law, a craze ex, or creditors? :D

    Just don't go ahead and set up a new ID while keeping the old one, as there are measures to prevent alts and multiple IDs.

    I know the mods have done what you want on occasion but I am not sure it is a standard option. Best to ask them.
