Registry Software Question

The registry software is automatically populating some of my sets with the Truview photo tied to the cert number. I do not want this. Anybody know how to turn it off?

The help button says I can do it from the inventory page, but I see no way there to do that. In fact the Truview does not show at all on the inventory page, only on the set page and in the published sets.

Also, the import TV is not checked in my preferences, yet they show up in my sets.

If you don't have that checked in "My Preferences" they should not show up when viewing the set.

    Hello @bosox

While logged in to your Set Registry, click the menu button on the left-hand side of the page and click on "Preferences," you will then see your Set Registry preferences. If you uncheck the "Import TrueView or PCGS Gold Shield images when adding my new items" checkbox this will remove all of your TrueView images from your inventory and sets. Make sure to click the save changes button at the bottom to make this update.

The box was never checked, so it cannot be unchecked. Your staff is helping me out with it. Thanks.
