Flowing Hair Bust Half guys? 1806 opinion / value?

Pulled a completely out of place item from an older collection today. Old school white paper holder.
So many varieties here.
Paper holder seems to be imparting some nice tone, but I wouldn't be surprised if the obverse had been cleaned a long, long time ago.
So...
A) What's the variety?
B ) Guess to grade?
C) Value?
We are like children who look at print and see a serpent in the last letter but one, and a sword in the last.

1806 O.115a, R-1 rarity common
VF20 details, old clean
$600 in graded slab, half that details slab - could go either way
Of interest is the repunched T in LIBERTY, and the obv die crack and chip at 0, once called a Q date for late 115a, 116, and 117.
edit - Tompkins number is T-17, latest die stage reverse is lapped (don't have book handy).
Thanks, @Nysoto . I thought that doubled T was pretty neat, and the obvious foot on the 0.

Nice one Weiss!
My YouTube Channel
It's a DRAPED bust!
Hmmmmph!
Whatever. At 213 years old you'd be draped instead of flowing, too.

Did you just type, "WHATEVER "?
I am at VF20, straight grade, a nice example netted a shade for the old cleaning.
