If you look close you will see how the metal is slightly pushed up out of the contact mark.
Sorry but your coin is PMD
Good luck & keep searching
Some people collect gold, some people collect silver, some collect cents & some collect PMD.
As long as you enjoy what you are collecting, there is no wrong answer.
Besides, I only see four extra ears.
Put your glasses on......you need 4 eyes to see 8 ears!
I beg your pardon, my glasses are on! Oops, They are not ears, They are waves in Lincoln's hair!
Yes, but are they rose colored glasses like the OP's?
The OP has an "eye-for-detail" and that's good. @92Rollin needs to redirect it.

CoinFacts comparison (2018-P):
If you draw a line from the tip of the ear to OD in GOD in both the 2018 and 2019 cents the they are the same. I did not compare to any other years since after a few billion minted cents for 2018 and 2019 my eyes started to tear... in...
So does that mean the 2018-P has the same issue?
If you think so then you need to get it authenticated. Send it to a TPGS and let us know the results.
Edit to add: New “error” will probably need to be sent to Wexler first, then published in the next iteration of the CPG, then the TPGS. Or, just send it in as I stated above.
Good luck.
Great observation!
You got me to look at a few pennies, I am seeing the same thing on all of them. It is a design feature of the hair curls.
For the same error to show up on both the P & D mint over several years the error would need to be in the master hub.
Master hub problems are of no value or interest because all the coins are that way.....it is now a normal coin.
A triple or a quad die are rarer than a doubled die, a few go up to 6.
Why are no other features or design elements showing 8x doubling?
For the spread of impressions you are seeing the hub would have been half way off the die.
One thing for sure, when you do come across an error coin it is not going to sneak by you.
@92Rollin "you know this numismatic hobby or culture way more then I could ever"
Not true, everyone here was new to coin collecting at some point. In time you may be the next expert.
To do that you would need to have an open mind and be willing to learn.
@92Rollin said: "Hi Thank You ....You may need stronger glasses that is definitely not Lincoln"s hair texture ..seems like lots of folks need glasses for this one..LOL
I suggest you pull out a group of Shield Cents (as I just did after reading this post). Depending on the strength if the strike, my cents from 2015 - 2019, ALL have several extra ears!!! Guess we both have hit the JACKPOT!
Unfortunately. there are often small changes to the designs (most with no "real" value except to specialists) during the run of a coin series, many within a particular date. If you take 2-3 dozen coins for each date - match them up for identical or small variances and then take images you will be doing a big service for future collectors. There are several folks doing this at the moment.
Best of luck with your future searches!
On one note, its good that you put your name on your pics so no one re-uses them as their own!
