2019 ATB Silver Proof Error - Missing "San Antonio Missions" Quarter

Last month I bought the 2019 United States Mint ATB Silver Proof Set and I noticed that in the set they gave me two of the "Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness" quarters and not the "San Antonio Missions" Quarter.
Could this have added value, Is there a special cert I can get from PCGS?

That's what I think as well.
It is kind of cute as a novelty
You should see if they will send a replacement quarter.
