Is this considered close AM?

For the 1992 penny to be close AM the A has to be touching the M,this is pretty close,can this be considered close AM?

It looks close but a sharper image would be helpful. The "FG" initials to the right of the Memorial would be helpful also. Go on to the internet and look up 1992 close "AM" and you'll be able to tell for sure by yourself.

The above is the correct FG very plain and no sheriffs in the G.

As @Insider2 mentioned take a look at the initials FG, on the close AM they are farther away from the side of the building than the wide AM.
