2009 Topps baseball No Name No Foil RC

Thinking of sending this in. I have seen some kinda like this. But all of those had an impression from the press. This card is a little different, having never been stamped. Would this have any extra value graded? Or more importantly would PSA even grade this? Or would it be considered a mis-print or something to that effect?

Hmm. Stripped of all the silver? Jeter must have been in production of this Marlins card.

Adding: I would think it would carry a slight premium to a Marlins collector. But nothing worth the grading bucks to send it in considering the player and team.
