A highly desirable TOP 100 VAM from the original 1986 Fey/Oxman list of most desirable Morgan Dollar Die Varieties. Nearly as challenging to obtain as the "Triple Blossom" VAM 44 in all grades, this coin is bright and semi-prooflike on both sides despite PCGS reluctance to designate PL or DMPL on coins not assigned a Mint State grade. The current PCGS VAM 32 census lists only 2 examples of VAM 32 at AU58, and a total of 63 coins in Mint State in all grades/surface designations.
