WTB: ANY non proof Jeff's in a rattler, and late 1989 pop report.

I haven't been working on any of my registry sets in quite a while so I decided to get after it a bit. I am looking for the following:

Any non proof Jefferson's in the old rattler 1st generation holders. Variations are welcome. Any grade is welcome. Any year is welcome.

Also looking for a copy of a pop report from October or November 1989. Photocopy or original.
