Looks like a pretty good card for a PSA 1. Any ideas why this card was graded so harshly. I don't see a crease but even if it has one that shouldn't lower it to a 1.

i see wear all along the top and bottom of the card on the back
I see those now but still a 1 seems harsh, when you compare it to other horrible looking 1's out there.
A pinhole that doesn’t come out the other side?
There is a mark in the back of the card too from the pin.

Fair enough ... wow, that’s an awfully tiny blemish. Great looking 1....

Strange spot for a pinhole. Likely something else caused the damage.
But whatever else did it made for the same grade result as a pinhole.
Nice looking card for a PSA 1. I have some nice lower grade cards that have great eye appeal.
If it is just a pinhole (which is not obvious) causing it to be graded a PSA 1 then it certainly is a great card for the grade. Could also have been submitted with no qualifiers which would make a PSA 3 (ST) a PSA 1. If you look at the back of the card (on top of his name) you can see some staining. This card sold a couple of years ago. I am guessing it sell for much more this time around.
