Pack Submission Question

I have a few packs I am considering submitting to be graded. Some are 70's wax and a couple of cellos with starts on top or bottom. What is the best way to submit them for protection? Wrap in bubble wrap????

Team bag first, top loaders or cardboard on top and bottom of each pack and then rubber bands. Bubble wrap all together and tape last.

I put a piece of paper detailing the pack and which names you want on slab for top/bottom cards in the team bag with the pack.
