1922 W573 Strip Cards

Well, it only took me about 12 years after purchasing them to finally confirm they were real...seems there are no sets being built on the registry...scarcity of the full set keeping folks away?

I only have these 5...here’s a quick cut/paste of the psa set description:

The circa-1922 W573 "strip card" set, as designated by the American Card Catalog, consists of 24 strips (240 cards) of blank-backed, black-and-white strips of ten cards each, sold for a penny per strip. The cards nearly identically match the 1922 E120 American Caramel set and typically measure 2-1/16" by 3-3/8", though this may vary since each is hand-cut. The black-and-white player image appears in a centered oval surrounded by a decorative border with the player’s name, possible nickname, position and team written across the bottom below the photograph. The collection was originally presented a 24 uncut, blank-backed strips that the collectors would carefully slice into individual player cards. Highlighing this rare unnumbered set were numerous Hall of Famers including: Grover C. Alexander, a mispelled Ty Cob (Cobb), Eddie Collins, Rogers Hornsby, Walter Johnson, Babe Ruth, Joe Sewell, George Sisler, Tris Speaker and Harold "Pie" Traynor, among many other enshrinees. Some cards have been printed with various regional company advertisements on the reverse.
