PSA Auction Results

I was looking at the Auction Results for a card I purchased on eBay using BO. The price showing up on PSAs Auction Results correctly denotes the sale as Best Offer, but shows the price as being the original listed, not the price paid, which was less.
Why is that? Are accepted BOs not part of the data feed? Something the way seller posted?
Bigger question, should BOs be disregarded or at least discounted when looking at Auction Prices for proximate value? That would be news to me for sure.

eBay broke the API that Watchcount, VCP, APR, etc. use to get the actual BO sometime in June and it's still not fixed.
Just to clarify, eBay made the change intentionally. You can still see the actual price by navigating to the listing in eBay.
