Rams vs Saints, A quick snap was the play.
It was lighting fast, all players set, and a flag with a whistle stops all movement.
Ref : Announces the reason for the call:
Players must give the officials time to get set...!
WHAT ! I thuoght they are there to observe and judge procedures only.
They are not players.
Am I wrong about this?
