Two late 1990s / early 2000s "INB" slabbed coins.
With no grades, it is possible that these pieces were some kind of sample slab.
1943-S wheat and 1890 Indian cent
Both are pretty awful. But hey, they're cheap.

Haha! Those bring back memories of when I first started buying coins on ebay. I bought coins from him several times. Mostly his "unsearched" ghost town safe hoard lots, but then some of his other lots. Any of his stabbed coins always had either a MS or proof 69 or 70 grade, but mostly 70's.
