Assistance Requested: Do you have the Virgil Brand Catalogue? FOUND THEM. THANKS!

If so, can you please post an image of the page from the session that includes US patterns that has the 1854 large flying eagle that would have been identified either as having a "4-Leaf" reverse, a "large wreath" or as J-165? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Rick

There were many catalogs over the years for the Virgil Brand collection. Can you provide the year of the catalog that you seek?
Sorry. The best I can do is say pre-1965. The 3rd edition of Judd (published in 1965) says it "was in the Brand collection." Hopefully, that works. Rick

Rick, I believe that the first part of the Brand collection was sold in 1983 (?). And that Martin was asking which year of the Brand auction catalogs would have contained the image you’re seeking. So unless I’m mistaken, “pre-1965”, won’t work 😉

Sorry again. I assume it was in 1984, as I thought the U.s. coins were in I, II or III, which, I thought, were in 1984.> @MFeld said:

You could check NNP to see if the catalog has been entered in their data base.

It's relatively unusual. I go for them because it should be easier to pick up for less, and they're still really cool to have. If it's a 54, pick it up for sure, unless it's a rip off.
