Some Junk Wax Poppage

So a few months back I picked up some junk wax boxes at $4-5 a box and a case of 89 Donruss Wax at, I think it was $120. Haven't had a ton for a bulk sub on my own so I sent some to a buddy that was doing a bulk submission. Grades popped yesterday. Of course I wouldn't have sent them in unless I thought they were 10's. Only way you can come out. Not sure what happened on the 89 Schillings as every one was as nice as the next one. Really went over those good. Every Griffey out of the case as oc and I sold them as a lot on Ebay for about $37. I also have a PSA pack of the 89's with Schilling on back put away in case he ever makes the hall, lol. Anyhow, just thought I would share for any junk wax junkies! Oh, and the rest of the cards...at least the commons from the boxes and case, did well in the fire pit!

Nice work on the 1988-1991 cards. You have a good eye for what it takes!
Nice work. I have a bunch of 89 stuff in a bulk sub right now. Hope I do half as well as you did. Last sub I did I was only 1 for 6 in hitting a 10...at least it was a '89 Donruss Griffey.
