Can someone help me locate the PCGS# on these 2018 Britannia silver proof?

I recently submitted an order of 15 coins to our host. There were some mechanical errors. But two stood out the most. And I couldn't explain to the CS over the phone due to lack of images. So PCGS# would help.
Two of the coins I submitted were the 2018 Britannia Silver 1 oz proof and reverse proof.
But they appeared as these on my submission
3 1 37529807 687573 2018 £2 Britannia Classic, DCAM PR68DC Gr.Britain
4 1 37529808 687574 2018 £2 Britannia Classic MS69 Gr.Britain

There are 2 pounds proof coins. But I can't find the 2018 Britannia proof beside the "classic with oriental border" anywhere..
Did you send them to PCGS or NGC? Pix are NGC.

It looks like they haven't graded any of these yet and thus don't have a number (as far as I can tell by looking at the pop report for Britannias).
@TurboSnail all I can think of is sending them the links to these listings on Apmex as part of your explanation that they used the wrong description.
Show them that they used the code for this coin:

While your examples are these coins:

@TurboSnail I agree with @U1chicago. Send supporting documents for coins not listed in any of their database.
It’ll help them a lot instead of starting from scratch while researching and adding a new PCGS coin number.
