This ebayer, upminstercoin, is also known as sunshinestatecoin. He often shills his private auctions using his alt. sunshinestatecoin sells artificially toned garbage lincoln cents:

eBay removed the '16-D and '09-S VDB as bad- folks looked at the '14-D and couldn't see anything obviously wrong.
The 1914-D has questionable color, and it's the first one I've seen with an obverse die crack through Lincoln's head.

Looks like a scratch to me; seller stated it is on the plastic holder.
