Washington Quarter Experts- Is this a 1968-S Type F Reverse?

I'm trying to learn the other quarter reverses (besides A, B, and C), so I picked up some 1968-S proofs from the B&M today on the cheap. I'm pretty sure I've identified most of them as types G and H, but this one looks different and appears to match the die markers for type F. Is this the correct attribution for this coin? Also, which is rarer- type E or type F?

That's a Nice Find and I busted out mine and gave it a dip and will send it off in the next week. I really like the link above as it has a lot of the pickup points to go thru on each coin. GL
