Might help to know where the other sigs are from. Is it from a certain league or team, for example?
The name looks like "David Smith" to me.
the stick was from a Labatts charity hockey game . the game was sometime before 2004 as one of the players on the stick died in 2004. the names cover all different era's and that name above is the only one not identified yet.

the name seems to almost look like derek smith but with part of the name obscured its hard to tell
