PCGS grading status

Anyone ever had a coin status show 'encapsulation' then a few days later go backwards in the assembly line to showing 'grading'.....have coins that last Thursday showed grading and by Friday showed encapsulating 🤔🤔 I look today and shows 'grading' again....

    I have seen a number of variations in the processing.

    In the case you brought up, it may be that during the encapsulation/ quality review, they may have identified an error needing to go back to the grading room!

    Better yet.....the master grader noticed that the grades were too LOW and kicked the coins back !!
