Submission question: 1861 O Half Dollar W-11?

Quick question: if an 1861 O seated half has the CSA obverse, but does not have the die crack, will PCGS still attribute it as such? I've see ATS label some pieces as 'pre die break', but am not sure if PCGS will. I have submitted some W-11s to PCGS before with success, but never an early die state example.
