Possibly.
Here is some information from ATS, https://www.ngccoin.com/boards/topic/169244-the-bugs-bunny-franklin-an-in-depth-overview/
Yes it is a bugs bunny variety.

Awesome!
is it worth getting graded!?
Depends on your interest level. The 1955 bugs is the most common one, and can be cherry picked off of eBay for $50 or much much less. Even in a Pcgs holder attributed or not, it is not “high” value unless ms66 or better.
There are lots of unattributed Pcgs slabbed bugs bunny Franklins out there, especially on eBay.

It would be something to leave the kids. i might just get it graded for S and G's.
Thank you guys for the help!
Here are 3 out of 20? I cherrypicked off eBay within the last 12 months. I only pick them in Pcgs slabs and then get them attributed. It sucks paying for grade and attribution then getting ms64 or lower (or details)
This site is a wonderful Franklin variety resource http://www.franklinlover.yolasite.com/bugs-bunny.php
