2 die breaks on the obv of this 1866. The W in "we" is barely visible but it is what it is. I can't find a reference for these die errors. Can anyone direct me to a error site for this coin? Peace Roy

Probably the best current book is the 2011 book by @kevinj :
    https://www.amazon.com/Authoritative-Reference-Two-Cent-Coins/dp/B0058P0TOY
There are also two older, out of print books by Frank Leone (one on the series and another on 1864 die pairs).
I found one of his old sites archived, but without the photos:
    https://web.archive.org/web/20030204110552/http://www.1793.com/frankleone/1864.htm

I don't know of any book or website that has die states like the nice die breaks on your coin.
There were already a lot of dies, and the only differences in early die states are the date position, RPD, DDO and DDR.
Making a catalog of the different die cracks would be a difficult project.

I tried something similar with the 1866 3cn, and I found about about 35 die pairs in addition to the 17 listed in Gifford's book.
With this many die pairs, attempting to "collect them all" would be a rather difficult proposition!
So that will limit collector interest in these types of series.

I have Kevin Flynn's earlier book "Getting Your Two Cents worth" copyright 1994. The die break through the date lines up with his KF-2-RPD. The RPD looks minor and he lists it as common. Leone's 1991 book references it as O1R1.

Sounds like I need to buy Flynn's updated book for my Library
