Submitting to PSA - insurance question

First time submitter. When submitting is it better to use Fed Ex or USPS if declared value is around 3000? I see PSA has set value to send back. Is that by Fed Ex or USPS? I thought USPS was higher rate than listed for insurance. Thanks.

USPS Priority mail with no insurance. If it gets lost or damaged....99% chance they aren't going to pay out the claim anyway. Here's a link on Net54 where it was recently discussed.

I would probably use registered mail.

Missed this the first time around. PSA ships back via USPS with signature confirmation.

I dread having to ship to PSA because I get a panic attack for several days until I see it say "delivered".
