Help identify Italian States Coin 1400's Grosso?

Hello,

I was hoping someone to could help identify the attached Italian States (Florence) coin. It is different than

the other period Grosso's I've seen. This features the Baptism of Christ. I've noted those with John the Baptist only. Let me know if you have any ideas.
